About
I am Yafa Jaffal, a psychological specialist who supports individuals on their journey toward deeper self-understanding, emotional regulation, and healing from emotional wounds and challenging relationships in a safe and compassionate way.
I believe that healing does not come from pressure or rapid change, but from slowing down, listening inwardly, and building an honest relationship with oneself step by step.
I offer individual sessions that provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel heard and secure. Together, we work on emotional stability, understanding attachment patterns, and exploring the impact of childhood and relationships—always honoring each person’s unique needs and personal pace.
A Safe and Thoughtful Therapeutic Journey
I support individuals in a deeper journey of self-understanding and emotional regulation within safe and respectful therapeutic spaces. The therapeutic work is grounded in listening, slowing down, and building a sense of inner safety, while honoring each person’s readiness and personal pace. Rather than focusing on quick change, the process emphasizes gradual awareness to help navigate emotional challenges and relationships with greater balance and humanity.
I used to tell my friends that I was a very complicated person, and no one really understood me 😅
