I offer individual sessions to support emotional stability and accompany individuals in navigating emotional challenges and difficult relationships.

Group Sessions

From time to time, I offer therapeutic group sessions in small groups that provide a shared space for support, connection, and learning within a safe and respectful environment.
These sessions focus on specific emotional and psychological themes and are offered when there is readiness and suitable conditions to form a group.

Therapeutic groups are supportive spaces held in small settings, where individuals who are experiencing similar themes or challenges come together in a safe and respectful framework.
They offer an opportunity for shared understanding, exchanging experiences, and feeling less alone in what one is going through—while maintaining privacy and respecting each participant’s personal boundaries.

The groups are facilitated at a calm and gentle pace, with respect for individual differences and each person’s readiness to participate. Participants are never required to speak or share beyond what they feel comfortable with.

I offer therapeutic and experiential retreats held at selected times and locations, designed to create a deeper space for pausing, reflection, and inner work—away from the pace of everyday life.

Retreats are spaces for slowing down and returning to oneself, away from daily routines and pressures.
They provide a safe time and place for calming the nervous system, inner listening, and deeper psychological work within a supportive and respectful framework.
